Shown with my Atlas board and a power supply I had on hand that luckilly seems to have above average noise filtering and the often left out -5v line.  These are the first stepping stones in the HPSDR project.

Soft Rock V6 : The softrock series are very simple SDR (Software Defined Radio) Receivers created by Tony Parks KB9YIG.  The V6 is jumper selectable between the 40m and 80m bands.  Depending on the sound card it's used with it can tune up to 96k of the band centered around it's LO frequency which in this case is 7.056 on 40m or 3.528 on 80m
