Jason Hitesman (jhitesma) > Note how there's no nut under the original wires...they're just pressed up against the plastic body!  So as the wires got warm the plastic melted and the wires got loose...which caused them to arc...which welded the nut to the post so there was no way to tighten it.

Jason Hitesman (jhitesma) > View of the leaking radiator cap and battery isolator wiring. Leaking cap turned out to be a dent in the filler which was easily fixed.
Jason Hitesman (jhitesma) > New positive cable and beginning of trying to figure out where the second battery used to connect.  Current theory is this battery actually should go the left side of the solenoid and the other battery should go where this one is right now.
